Orders (non-subscription):
  1. Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been fulfilled.
  2. Customers wishing to cancel must contact us immediately after placing the order.
Subscription Orders:
  1. Customers must complete at least two cycles of their subscription to be eligible for cancellation.
  2. To cancel, customers must contact us at least 24 hours before the next scheduled shipment.
  3. If a subscription is cancelled before completing two cycles, refunds will be issued in the form of a gift card for use on www.healthextension.com.
