Free Shipping Terms

This will not interfere with any discount codes.

Tax & initial shipping amount do not count toward the total.

We ship via FedEx & UPS to provide you with the fastest and most reliable service available.

Overnight Shipping Terms

When placing an order for overnight delivery, the order must be placed before 1PM EST Monday-Friday excluding holidays. This will guarantee your shipment leaves on the day the order was placed.

Autoship Terms & Information

When you register for an autoship for a particular item, the first order will begin processing immediately and your credit card will be charged within 1-3 days.

You may update your shipping address, e-mail address, and phone number associated with the autoship subscription at any time when logged in.

If you change your payment method, the current subscription is cancelled, the item is added to cart and it’s necessary to proceed to checkout one more time to change the payment method.

Each automated recurrent order will be processed within a 3 day period of your next delivery date, and you will receive that order within 1-5 business days of your next delivery date depending on your location.

You may cancel your autoship subscription for any item.

To receive free shipping on all recurring orders $99+, the selected autoship products must add up to at least $99 and have the same delivery settings.

For example: If you selected a $50 product to be autoshipped and added another $50 product to your cart without an autoship option selected, your initial order will receive free shipping, however the recurring $50 order will not be eligible for free shipping and will not process through our ordering system (does not apply to promotions).

Return Policy

Return Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credita different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy: 

Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchangedReturned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packagingReturned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

Contact usto receive your return authorization number and return shipping label. Mail items back using shipping label and include your return authorization number and order number inside the return

Refund Policy

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@healthextension.com and send your item to: 50 Commerce Drive, Hauppauge NY 11788, United States.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Personal information we collect

We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Health Extension’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages with service-related and promotional messages, including order or offer updates, alerts, and information from and on behalf of Health Extension via text messages through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology.

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Health Extension. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply from your wireless provider. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. If sending in the US or Canada, text the single keyword command STOP to +1 (833) 558-2103. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.

How do we use your personal information?

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:
- Communicate with you;
- Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and
- When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

Subscription Policy

Subscription Policy

On your first subscription order, you will receive a 10% discount, all future re-occurring orders will also receive a 10% discount. The first order will be processed and charged immediately. The subscription will automatically generate orders based on your chosen frequency until you cancel. 


You must fulfill a minimum of 2 orders on the subscription before cancellation. If canceled after the first subscription, you may be subject to reimburse us for the 10% discount. If you’d like to cancel an order, we must be notified before 12:00 PM EST on the day the order generates. You will be notified via email 5 days before your upcoming order. This will allow time for you to make any changes or updates to your subscription.

You can manage your subscriptions by logging into your account and going to this page: https://shop.healthextension.com/tools/checkout/api/manage/subscription/app 

On the ‘Manage Subscriptions’ page, you will be able to change the frequency, order date, update your address, payment information, swap products, update the quantity of a product, view subscription history, pause the subscription, and cancel the subscription. If you did not meet the 2-order minimum, the cancellation will not be an option. To add products, or if you need any

If an order has shipped and you did not want the order, you will need to refuse the order upon delivery so it will return to us or contact us to request a return label. Once the product has been returned to us, we will issue a refund.
