Its guidelines emphasize nutritional expertise, complete and balanced nutrition, quality control, and scientific research. The Science of Digestibility
Our Gently Cooked Beef recipe was evaluated in a controlled feeding study using the AAFCO-recommended Method 1 digestibility protocol. The results showed high digestibility across major nutrients and energy, including 91.8% caloric digestibility, 96.3% fat digestibility, 87.1% protein digestibility, and 88% dry matter digestibility. The study also reported an average fecal score consistent with moist, formed stoolsβsupporting Gently Cooked Beef as a highly digestible option for dogs.
