Return shipping is at your expense. Include the name on the order and your order number with the returned package.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method for the amount of your original purchase.

If your package is still in transit, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before a refund can be issued.
